    Shipment & Delivery

    What is your estimated shipping time?

    Orders that require shipping within the U.S. will be delivered within three to ten days, depending on your preferred shipping method. Shipping to countries outside of the U.S. may take up to 14 days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

    What countries do you ship to?

    We ship to most regions worldwide. If you don't see your country listed in our checkout page please contact us at hello@amicia.ca

    How much is shipping?

    Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered and the country where it’s being delivered. Please refer to this delivery cost table (add link) to check the postage fees for different destination countries. If your order value is more than $75, we provide free shipping within the U.S.

    How do I track my order?

    Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

    Can I place an order without creating an account?

    Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time.     Returns & Exchanges

    How do I return an item?

    Please contact our customer service team via help@yourstorename.com. Providing the return is within the 14-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return note by email. You need to print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us. You will need to arrange and pay for suitable packaging when returning an item.

    What is Installments with AfterPay?

    Installments with Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.

    How Do I use Installments with AfterPay?

    Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At the checkout choose Installments with Afterpay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details, as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy! Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Installments with Afterpay. A minimum purchase amount may apply and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify.

    Where Can I Use Installments with AfterPay?

    Installments with AfterPay can only be applied to purchases made on amicia.ca website.

    How Does The Payment Schedule Work?

    All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method.
     
    If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your AfterPay account. You can log in to your AfterPay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.

    When Will My Items be Delivered If I Use Installments with AfterPay?

    Afterpay orders are delivered as per our usual standard shipping time frame after you complete your order online.

    How Do I Return an Item Purchase Using Installments with AfterPay?

    If you have changed your mind, you can return your Afterpay purchase by mail for a refund. Please check that your return or exchange meets our Return Policy here. Afterpay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase to Afterpay. If you believe there is fault or concern with your Afterpay purchase payment, please contact Afterpay customer support at info@afterpay.com

    What If I Can't Pay An AfterPay Installment?

    If funds are not available or you otherwise do not make your payment when it is due, late fees may apply. Click here for complete terms.

    What Happens If I Have a Partial Refund, and How Does That Affect My Payment?

    Afterpay will be notified once your refund is processed. Your payment plan will be automatically adjusted to reflect the new total order value starting with the last payment and working backward. Note that the length of payments will never go beyond six weeks after the purchase date. In the case where a refund amount is larger than 25% of the total order, Afterpay will eliminate the fourth instalment payment and charge the remaining amount to your third payment.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We only take payment once your order has been shipped. We also accept payment by PayPal or Amazon Pay. If you decide to use either of these two methods, you’ll be taken to either the PayPal or Amazon Pay website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

    Yes, we do. These are issued electronically by email and each contains a unique reference number. Our gift vouchers are ideal if you’re not sure what to get that special person in your life. Simply buy a gift voucher instead for the value of $10, $20 or $50.
